Education
Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude Art History and Theatre Studies graduate at Washington & Lee University. In 2009 I received my MA with Honors in Art History at Sotheby's Institute for Art, London. In 2015 I completed my PhD in Humanities and Cultural Studies from Birkbeck College, University of London. My research emphasis was on the history of photography.
Experience
I have taught essay writing and history to year 11 and 12 for the past two years as part of The Brilliant Club, an award-winning charity placing PhD Students in public schools to offer better university preparation for students. I have also taught in the English Departmet with Birkbeck college on their "Connecting the Arts" course for University Freshman and Sophomores. This included preparing the students for two independently researched essays. Finally, I have tutored students who now attended Oxford and Cambridge on their university applications and essays.
